
Summary
Secretary of State and other Public Sector Agencies are often responsible for housing public record documents such as business registration forms and produce these documents to the public when requested. Legacy documents, sometimes decades old, are difficult to find and produce. mavQ intelliSuite automates the digitization of these documents and provides a search portal for citizens or staff to easily find and produce public records.
